Long-standing client Huuman Kind Care turned to Newlan Projects when their website copy required a complete refresh.
Like many companies who deliver a bespoke, professional service to the highest standards, it’s of paramount importance that the company conveys what they do and how they do it concisely and succinctly, whilst setting them apart as a specialist within their sector. They felt their website content lacked ‘sparkle,’ and Newlan Project’s PR team were tasked with bringing it to life.
Huuman Kind Care delivers tailored, personal care to people in their own homes. We began by agreeing with their team a series of messages, along with the ‘tone of voice’ they wanted to achieve. This led to us auditing and rewording content across all their pages – copy which was both informative and lively, but which also resonated better with their target audience, in particular service users.
Working closely with our client, we were able to convey on their behalf the essence of what Huuman Kind Care is all about – where the company had come from, the ethos and thinking of its CEO and the broad range of services they provide. We then delved deeper into each of those services, providing visitors to the site with the reassurance they need when choosing a care provider.
The Newlan Projects team also worked up a series of advisory articles, helping position Huuman Kind Care not just as an authority in its field, but as a resource to which people could turn for useful, pragmatic advice around a host of issues connected to domiciliary care.
The company is also at the cutting edge when it comes to technology within the sector, so we began drafting a series of blogs focused on the positive use of technology within the care profession, how it can support individuals, and the benefits it brings to clients.
When the reworking of content and the additional material had been completed, our web team stepped in to implement the changes needed to give a completely different look and feel to the site.
